Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of All Prizes combined: $4,917. Odds of winning grand prizes are dependent on total number of entries received.
Grand prizes which are products will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misdirected prizes and will not resend prize notification or certificates. Gear Prizes will be shipped directly to winner at the address provided in the form. Prizes that are eligible for mailing will only be sent to US addresses eligible to enter Sweepstakes; please allow eight weeks for fulfillment.
Each Grand Prize winner and travel companions are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, travel and other insurance, additional transportation, gratuities, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel on same itinerary and must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the Event, which are subject to change, or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel is subject to availability and must be completed within one (1) year of Grand Prize winner’s attempted notification. Grand Prizes are subject to additional restrictions. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). All travelers must also pass any required medical testing and comply with any requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, airline, venue, event organizer or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having the COVID-19 vaccine(s). Travelers may also be required to execute any assumption of risk and/or other documents relating to COVID-19 or he/she may not be permitted to travel or participate in any Grand Prize-related activities. In the event any Grand Prize winner or his/her travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and his/her travel companion home with no further compensation to the winner. No alcohol is included with the Grand Prize. In the event any Grand Prize winner or his/her travel companion consume alcoholic beverages (none will be provided by Sponsor) while participating in any Grand Prize-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption. Grand Prizes consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and his/her companions also must agree to sign a release of liability prior to participating in any activities.
No cash equivalent, transfer, reimbursements or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prize, and a winner of any prize valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of their prize. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided for herein are the responsibility of the winner. ARVs are as of the date these Official Rules were finalized and may fluctuate. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the prize is awarded will not be awarded. Prizes may not be used for previously purchased products or experiences; therefore, winners will not be eligible for refunds on purchases of products or experiences made prior to winning the same product or experience as a prize.
